We deliver Tuesdays through Fridays with each day assigned to a different part of Austin. Due to our size, this is the best way possible way to meet our customers needs. We concentrate our deliveries in the morning when people are most likely to be home and the temperatures less adverse. All deliveries are free. We will be happy to deliver a different day than your zone for a small charge of $10.

PACKAGING
Your order will be wrapped in butcher paper and delivered in our state of the art reusable bags that keeps food frozen for three hours. Inside the bag with the food will be water activated dry ice packs that can also be reused. Simply put the pack in a ziplock bag in the freezer. All food will be delivered frozen and is easy to thaw overnight in the fridge or in a pan of COLD water immediate use (approx. 30-45 min).
Our food is fresh frozen the day it is sliced and vacuum sealed to ensure freshness and flavor and extend shelf life. For maximum flavor, we suggest eating any of our frozen products within six months of purchase.
